Teaching SEO
Where Fantasy Meets Digital Marketing Strategy
Welcome to a unique corner of my world, where I've been an educator at esteemed institutions like Epitech and EM Strasbourg Business School for the past four years.
You probably know me for my work in SEO consulting, but teaching holds a special place in my heart as well.
Why Teaching Matters to Me
Teaching is my playground for sharing SEO wisdom and challenging my own expertise. It’s where my love for SEO and my knack for simplifying complex topics converge. It's not just about passing on knowledge; it's about sparking curiosity and enabling the next generation of professionals to think outside the box. Plus, it's an incredible way for me to stay updated and continuously challenge my own understanding of the ever-changing world of SEO. Teaching is where I get to inspire and be inspired by the next wave of digital marketers and IT wizards.
Not Your Average SEO Class
The Google Ranking Competition: A Competitive Twist to Learnin
Ever played a game where the stakes keep getting higher? That's how my SEO classes work. Students compete to rank on Google for a mystery keyword. A new keyword is picked for each class, and is designed for students to get creative, have fun while gaining real life experience.
Real-World Projects
By the end of the course, students have not just theoretical knowledge but a full-fledged SEO project under their belts. They undergo an SEO audit, implement changes, and even come up with a comprehensive content plan.
Adapting to the Audience
At Epitech, where the vibe is decidedly tech-centric, students get to immerse themselves in a fantasy world as they learn SEO. Over at EM Strasbourg Business School, I focus on real-world business applications of SEO, tailoring the class for future entrepreneurs and marketers.
Weekly Ranking Updates and leaderboards
The competition is spiced up with weekly email updates that serve as a real-time scoreboard. Students get insights into who's leading, who needs to catch up, and tips for climbing the Google ranks.
